Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns only, no exchanges. We highly recommend sizing yourself before ordering to avoid the process of a return! If you’ve ordered an item that does not fit & would like a customized size, simply return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery and reorder your desired size. Please know that items in my shop that require a custom length from the drop down menu or custom sizes requested are FINAL SALE. If you would like to request a return, message me after you’ve received your order for our return address. We have the right to decline a return for worn or broken items. Returns must be packaged in a PADDED package. Basic letter envelopes are not secure & items will be crushed. Must be returned within 7 days of your delivery. Shipping will not be refunded. Customer pays for return shipping. Provide proof of your return by receiving a confirmation or tracking number from your PO. If you cannot provide this & your return is not received, we are not responsible for lost returns. Thank you! ❤️
